    Pros

Good insurance, upbeat atmosphere with positive attitudes. Most employees from Israel and very polite.

    Cons

Way too many meetings, upper management didn't care too much about lower guy on todem pole when issues arose. They seemed rather arrogant during those times.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees. Try to see other points of view.

    Interview

5 interviews over a 6 week period to be offered a position. Very difficult and long process. I had to ask for the position in my final interview in Oder to determine what was holding me back from getting an offer
