    We’re growing! In addition to our home base in North America, our offices now span four continents (it’s been a busy few years!). Even though we’ve got a lot going on , we always stay connected to our A-Team talent and treat each of them according to the same company values, no matter what hemisphere they’re in.

  • Hack-a-Thon

    An RP Hack-a-thon is a short burst of creativity, where participants can work on whatever they choose. The only request is that the work be somehow related to Return Path, but you can define what that means to you. Teaming up is encouraged. Creativity is required.

    The focus on people and their careers results in a lot of opportunity for growth. You can succeed here even without a ton of experience if you are motivated and have a learning mindset.


    Return Path changes so quickly and frequently, it is a difficult environment for people who don't like change or learning new things.

    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Return Path (Broomfield, CO) in January 2015.


    Return Path really wants to make sure you're a great fit, both technically and culturally. I went through 4 interviews (3 phone and 1 in person), all of which had a technical component as well as a cultural component. They were definitely on the challenging side but never seemed to be insurmountable and didn't use any "gotcha" questions. Most questions seemed to be focused on getting the conversation going.
