Reval's headquarters are located in the heart of New York City. In New Orleans during a recent Reval User Group forum, we were pleased to contribute to the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which focuses on “improving the quality of young people’s lives.” And in New York, Reval employees held team competitions collecting 5,000 canned food goods to help stock the shelves for the Food Bank For New York City.

Rotational Development Program

The REVAL Rotational Development Program (RDP) allows undergraduates and graduates the opportunity to rotate positions within departments based on individual development needs over a period of six to twelve months. The goal of this program is for the selected candidate to gain a better understanding of Reval’s business, financial markets, and customers’ needs. Senior managers at Reval mentor each candidate during this program, and his/her performance is reviewed periodically.

This program is designed for undergraduates and recent graduates.

    I worked at Reval full-time (More than a year)


    Reval has a very close knit team environment and is a great fun place to work and grow. It definitely fosters a great work-life balance. Since it has a small firm feel, there is definitely room for career growth if you know your 'thing'. And there is definitely great opportunities to learn on the job as the projects are usually new and interesting things coming up in Risk Management space.


    Reval has great reserves of smart techies n smarter deal makers. It sure has a tremendous upside potential for growth as a firm, but one that has yet to be 'unlocked' !

    Advice to Management

    Maybe a facelift for the Product GUI is long overdue to let it stand apart from competitors?! :) .. Wishing Reval all the very best.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reval (New York, NY) in April 2015.


    The interview stuck to its allotted schedule. All interviewers were direct and also helpfully at explaining job functions and company atmosphere. I met with 3 team members, one member of Human Resources, and had an in-office phone interview with the head of Client Services after having an initial phone interview with Human Resources.
