    Pros

    I've worked for Revenue Analytics for a few years and it’s been fun being part of such a successful growing company! It’s hands down the best place that I've ever worked and the best people I've ever worked with in my life!

    Everyone is extremely intelligent, driven and well-rounded. I enjoy working with so many people who have such diverse backgrounds and work well in our team-oriented environment. It's also nice to have a variety in the type of work I do and feel like I'm making a difference as well as a positive impact on our clients' revenue.

    Another reason I genuinely enjoy working at RA is our Senior Leadership Team. They lead by example and keep their finger on the pulse of the firm instead of managing from an aerial view. They will roll up their sleeves to help out during crunch time which is something I admire and respect.

    RA’s bonus plan and promotions are based on each person’s individual performance. So this allows me to have more control than I had in the past regarding my career path and what I make in variable compensation.

    Cons

    In full disclosure, it’s a challenging job where I'm working on real world problems where everyone has to work hard and pull their own weight. There are times when I have to put in extra time to meet a deadline, but when you find something you are truly passionate about doing, it doesn't feel like work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I recommend that the Senior Leader Team continue to take care of all of us by offering such a solid benefits package and nice bonus potential, continue to have fun work events, and continue to hire great people since they are our biggest asset!

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Revenue Analytics.

    Interview Details

    Hiring process was phenomenal. I was a passive candidate that was not looking to make a move, but warmed to the opportunity through numerous casual meetings with the management team. At no time did I feel pressured, and at all times I felt highly valued as they invested a lot of time in meeting with me. Yes, the interview process is extensive, but I wouldn't want to be a part of a firm who wasn't thorough. This not only benefits the firm, but also the candidate as you want to be fully confident in the opportunity and the best way to do that is meet the people and gain exposure to the type of work they do.

    • I don't recall any "difficult" questions, but I was surprised (pleasantly) at how much of the conversations were focused on cultural fit. They truly get that a huge part of being satisfied at work is working with great people!   Answer Question
