Not many cons in my book, yes we are rapidly growing out of the space but it's better than working downtown and new space is opening up in the next couple of months.
Advice to Management
Keep it up! You are on the right track and know what it takes to get us to the next level. Yes, it takes time and growing pains but it's exciting to be apart of.

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Revinate.
The incompetent recruiter kept canceling our phone screen at the last minute. One of the times, I even had to email her 15-30 minutes after she was supposed to call me, to see if she still planned on calling. Very unprofessional. If you're trying to recruit talent, you should be in sync with hiring managers before you actually schedule phone interviews, and if you can't commit to these interviews, that you should have the professionalism and decency to cancel ahead of time instead of being a no-show multiple times. I'm so glad this happened, because I would not want to work for a company who doesn't have their act together anyway. Hire better recruiters please or they will ruin your company image and scare away talent.
