I have been working at Rexel USA

I have had poor experiences with some, but the where I am now and the position I am in are great. Great branch, great colleagues, room to grow the branch and customer base and prove I am worthy of advancement

No place is perfect and has its few flaws with staff and lack of proper management training

    Advice to Management

Put more time into training and having a crew of valuable employees ready to promote to fill gaps as needed.

I applied online – interviewed at Rexel USA (Dallas, TX).

There is no formal process because the HR Director is a complete bigot who got his job through who he knew not what he knows. Applied online, phone interview, face-to-faces. They lied about most questions and make the company seem much bigger and more successful than it actually is.
