    I have been working at Rexel USA

    Pros

    the pay and benefits are decent, smokers get penalized though
    Good group of people for the most part
    Lots of free lunches for trainings etc
    Not micromanaged but that could be branch specific

    Cons

    people in management positions who clearly do t have the credentials (common sense, interest in sales over reports!)
    No written procedures for job titles/duties

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    stop with the whispering behind closed doors, we can still hear you! Seriously, the doors are paper thin!
    And stop paving the office on your cell and stop having conference calls with the door wide open...both are disrespectful..that is all.

    Interview Details

    The Interview process was very easy. I was greeted by the HR Manager, who sat with me until the interviewer was ready. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable to go into the interview. Inside the interview they want to know that you are not just a robot in school.
