I worked at Reyes Holdings part-time (more than 3 years)

Good benefits. Big company with a nice small company feel to it. Lots of events and socializing at corporate office.

Talent is not recognized. Managers are threatened by talented employees with new ideas. No advancement opportunities unless you are friends with the right people. There is so much potential to be a great place to work but ended up being a big disappointment.

Starts with phone interview then shortly after (few days or more) they email their decision for in-person interview. Helps to follow-up, shows your interest. They send an itinerary of your interview (that was impressive), which includes who you meet with and at what times, so you know what to expect.
I interviewed with 3 people, all were very professional and impressive. They are organized.
