I have been working at Reynolds and Reynolds full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Been there a couple years and I can't complain too much about it. It is a pretty young place to work and they give you great training for anything that you find yourself doing. Pay doesn't start great but is livable and does eventually get to a decent spot. Great leagues for sports and card games.

    Cons

Leadership has an "older" method of doing things, and it does draw projects out longer than it should, however it does give you experience with large organizational structures. Having others leave around you and seeing what they are paid does leave you wondering what you are actually worth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start salaries higher and you will keep good employees longer.

    Interview Details

Was invited to campus for a series of tests. Upon completion of these tests I had a short interview with a recruiter. After this interview I had another interview with a hiring manager. I was contacted a week later via e-mail that they were no longer interested in pursuing me as a candidate.

What does Reynolds and Reynolds actually do?

We get this question a lot.

The short answer: We're a software and technology company whose primary clients include automotive dealers and manufacturers and whose associates are some of the best in their field.

The long answer? We take our people and our products seriously. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and amenities to our associates, including on-site fitness centers, health clinics, and cafeterias with healthy dining options; numerous after-work sports leagues; and participation in and sponsorship of many...
