I worked at Ricardo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very smart co-workers with diverse backgrounds and specialties. The scenery is always changing. Lots of potential clients that could be unlocked.

    Cons

High employee turnover. Management will try to bleed a customer dry rather than developing a long term relationship. In house lead counsel is the worst I've seen.

    Advice to Management

Smarten up. Learn from the past, don't repeat it.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ricardo.

    Interview

They scheduled a phone interview, apparently they blew it off. Did not return calls or e-mails regarding it either. Pretty unprofessional.
