I have been working at Ricoh full-time (more than an year)

You get paid on everything you sell.
There is no cap to the commissions.
They leave you alone and let you do your work (no micromanagement).
I am out in the field 80% of the week, talking to customers and finding new ones.
I am in charge of my own sales strategy and development of my market.

Base salary is not huge (30K), but that is less than half of what I make total.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Making the territories slightly larger would be fantastic.

Interview was very extensive and seemed a little bit overboard. Put together a powerpoint presentation and had to sell myself to the company. Not too bad, second interview was to a manager and was a little more intense. Not enough pay for the job roles.
