I worked at Rider University part-time

    Pros

Great place to work, great staff, enjoyed my time meeting with the students and faculty. Gained a lot of insight into the University and business world.

    Cons

Hard schedule due to classes and professors schedule. No other cons, university provided training and mentoring to get your job done.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. The University has come a long way and I am proud to have been a part of it. Keep the morale of the offices up so you do not lose great staff.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Rider University.

    Interview

The hiring process took a while. I had to complete a phone interview with a few people and then I was invited to campus for the in person interview. I was sent to two different locations on campus and was interviewed by 4-6 current RDs on campus that lasted about 45 minutes. We took a tour of both the Lawrenceville and Princeton campus.
