I have been working at Ripon College

    Pros

Ripon is a tradition-rich community, both within the college and its surrounding community. The faculty and staff really do care about their students in this residential college setting. Kind, understanding, flexible, professional, and brilliant are just a few adjetives that only begin to paint the picture of the faculty and staff at Ripon.

    Cons

The community is very close, so it's important to take initiative on your own to be included in events and happenings.
