    I worked at Ripon College

    Pros

Great people focused on educating every student. Faculty and administration work well together. Incredibly supportive of their employees. I loved working at ripon.

    Cons

I can't think of any con's but there's a twenty word minimum. The pay is on the low side, but so is the cost of living.
