I worked at RiverStone Wealth ManagementDoesn't RecommendDoesn't Recommend
Small firm, not as sterile as the big firms. Good place to start out.
Not a good place if you are a woman who wants a family. Offers no maternity leave - they make you take your vacation and sick time. Not progressive at all. No 401k match of any sort, vacation time is skimpy (max is 2 weeks even after 5 yrs of employment), too many chiefs and not enough indians, management incompetent, and they don't believe in taking care of their employees.
Advice to Management
Look at other companies your size and become competitive to prospective employees. If you take care of your employees, they will stay loyal and treat your clients very well. Work on your reputation for being a successful and profitable firm.
