Riverbed provides a 401k plan with company matching. You are 100% vested in the Riverbed matching dollars when the company funds your account. Matching contributions are made after each pay period. Eligible U.S. employees are able to enroll in the 401(k) plan after receipt of their first paycheck.

• received, or are pursuing, a BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE, Mathematics, or Physics (or can show equivalent skill).

None that I can think off, the only time you really appreciate working culture or people at riverbed is when you move out of riverbed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Riverbed Technology (New York, NY).
Phone interview with recruiter, the recruiter advised that I had a good chance regarding this opportunity. Was supposed to have a technical interview with a hiring manager, however the manager unprofessionally canceled at the last moment stating that it would be a waste of time and decided to break a scheduled interview.
