Everything, pto, 401k,insurance, management, people think the grass is greener on the other side but 99% of them don't realize that this is their 1st big job and for a company to offer what rivers give to their employees is absolutely amazing
There is none...Do your job and u will have one forever. They listen to the problems and address all concerns. Everybody puts the obvious. It's a casino and it's open 27/7/365 and it's the main part of your interview process so people can't complain.
Advice to Management
Thank you for being a great company. Hope people realize what they have before it's to late for them to realize. Thank you for the turkey and ham during the holidays. Thank you for all the employees giveaways ex. Money, flat screens, & Gift cards

I applied online. The process took 3+ months – interviewed at Rivers Casino (Pittsburgh).
I applied for the position online in February 2014. A few weeks after applying, I was contacted by a recruiter asking me to come in for an in-person interview the following week. I interviewed with two recruiters, very standard questions. Mostly pre-screening type things (Can you work nights/weekends, can you work holidays, tell us about yourself, etc.). About a week later, I was contacted again by the recruiter and asked to come in for a second interview. This interview was a panel interview with the members of the Employee Relations and Benefits departments (in total, about 7 people). This interview had both basic questions as well as more situation-based questions (if this happened, how would you handle it, etc.). After this interview, I was contacted once more by the recruiter later that week and asked to come in for a 3rd interview with the VP of HR and the Assistant GM. In this interview, we discussed my background and education, why I wanted to position, and why I thought that I would be the best candidate. About a week later, I was called and offered the position.
About two weeks later, I was scheduled to come in for pre-employment paperwork and about a month after that (in June!), I finally began.

Whether it's the roll of the dice or the rolling into Andrew's for a new dish, you know you wanna get your hands on all of this. With so many options at your fingertips, you'll have one place to explore night after night. This is Pittsburgh's most engaging destination. Come see the spectacular Rivers Casino and get your hands on the slots, on the tables, in the bars, or in the 5 different restaurants. Open 24/7. Must be 21 or older to be on property.
