I have been working at Riverview Hospital full-time

Full service cafeteria with a variety of entree's offered every day! Excellent management who constantly tries to get face time with each of their employees! Great job security compared to other hospitals in the area who have consistently laid off employees.Above all the best thing about Riverview is the culture. Compared to other hospitals, the work place culture at Riverview is the best I have ever seen. There is very little infighting between employees!

The pay is slightly under market value. Nursing seems to have a lot of issues of infighting. Average communication between departments when implementing new policies.

    Advice to Management

Try to promote a culture of mutual assistance/support between nurses.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Riverview Hospital (Noblesville, IN).

I interviewed with the hospital in early August and did not hear back until late October. I interviewed with with the office manager of a practice as well as the CMO. I interviewed at the practice site. The interview lasted about an hour, with half being questions and half explaining what I would be doing at the internship. I also spent a small amount of time asking questions and clarifying my internship requirements. Otherwise, the interview process was pretty standard and straightforward.
