    100% insurance covered for employee. Gas card is based on negotiation.
    Annual company party with free overnight stay in hotel.
    Possible company car in Project Mgmt dept is base on negotiation.


    100% premium charge to cover spouse and/or family (more than $1500/month to cover family)
    Office people are under HR & Mgmt monitoring as to what time in & out.
    3 days of sick per year/ 1 week of vacation for first 2-3 years
    4% 401k Matching
    Salary increase is based on negotiation. Rare promotion even if you negotiate.
    Private and family General Contractor business, so everything is secretive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase health insurance benefits and sick/vacation days for good people to stay. HR function is to assist employees, not to monitor their time in & out by min nor to talk sweet to upper mgmt. Select management base on their abilities to lead the team, not the school where they graduated from nor the certificates they have.
