    Pros

Ultimate job security. Refurbished organizational structure. Good transportation facility (office to home, as well as to field visits). Often one doesn't need to work under pressure situations & not to forget Awesome food to munch on.

    Cons

Average pay : The initial pay looks promising, but once you enter the company, the hike they provide every year is very minimum. The average age of employees is on the higher end, so feels like working in a lethargic company ( A mainstream Indian government kind) The long route : Too many verticals in the organisation making it really tough to get what you are looking for, especially in a critical situation.

    Advice to Management

The recent trend of hiring people from ivy league institutions will only lead the company where it is destined to be. So, stop shelling those extra cash and recruit engineers from average/good universities where people actually work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Robert Bosch India (Farmington Hills, MI) in January 2015.

    Interview

Online Application with Resume and complete details was submitted. First of all, I did not need the parser, I had to re-do it all anyway. It took them approximately 2hours to respond to the application and all they said was we won't consider your application. Well, your company your rules, but I will never try to have a career at Bosch. It is not worth it simply because their values of advertising equal opporunity is a big lie.

    Interview Questions

    • There were no questions. I wish there were. Directly rejected without consideration. I must say, if only they had looked at my CV before the sponsorship requirement. Should I have lied!?   1 Answer
