When you get a good handler they will bust their butts to find you a job that fits your wants and needs insanely fast.
if you get a handler that doesn't care you better be ready to ride them up until they get so annoyed they either ask for help from another handler or they start pushing you to a lot of kind of mediocre jobs.
Advice to Management
make sure that your handlers treat everybody as if they are important and don't let some of the senior handlers just sit on their hands and relax because they finally got to that point.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days – interviewed at Robert Half Technology (New Orleans, LA) in July 2015.
Had a Phone screen then Skype interview with Recruiter. Interview with Client seemed to go well. spoke with recruiter afterward, and he touted that he ALWAYS calls potential employees back with answers, and he hates when people don't call back. I got no call back, not even from the recruiter to let me know a negative decision.
