Good Environment, Great work life balance, great pay.

Having to be on call during bad weather/outages. Having people yell at you about their service, but that comes with the territory, lol.

    Advice to Management

Continue what you guys do!! The call center was a great place for me, working with people who actually not only cared about how you were at work, but genuinely cared about you as in indivual and your situation. It truly felt like a 2nd family and not just a call center...

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Rochester Gas and Electric in April 2014.

Interview was fairly easy. Called me with a phone preliminary interview and followed up with a in person with a hiring manager. The questions were short and easy she mainly wanted me to tell her about additional information that wasn't in my resume. After this we had an hour long friendly chat. I got hired four weeks after the interview.
