    A assessment test is given to all potential full-time employees, following an interview with a panel. The panel consist of current full time employees, along with the HR manager and the plant manager. During this interview you are ask a series of questions, ranging from: why should we hire you over someone else to name a time when you didn't get alone with a co-worker and you two had to work together, how did you deal with that?
