    The work environment at the mill I work at is great and the management is wonderful.


    I wish there was some kind of mentorship program for young employees (or all) to help with career planning, etc.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a dayinterviewed at Rock-Tenn.

    Interview Details

    A assessment test is given to all potential full-time employees, following an interview with a panel. The panel consist of current full time employees, along with the HR manager and the plant manager. During this interview you are ask a series of questions, ranging from: why should we hire you over someone else to name a time when you didn't get alone with a co-worker and you two had to work together, how did you deal with that?
