    Pros

Great office and location unlike majority of fashion companies in LA being located in the worse areas. Tea and coffee is always provided. Again, pretty much standard in most industries with an office, but not in fashion.

    Cons

Highly stressful environment. The vice president of design created an uncomfortable office environment by trying to intimidate everyone which in turn made it extremely difficult to work. Too many egos. Lack of team support.

    Advice to Management

I would strongly recommend positive team leadership disposition.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rock & Republic.

    Interview

Traditional interview. Applied online, spoke with HR on phone, meet with department, meet with Founder. There were two rounds total and the meeting with the founder was more of a meet and greet than an interview.
