I worked at Rolls-Royce full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great people, benefits and training program.

    Cons

Compensation package. Pay is less in a market where it should pay more, considering the company is located in the bay area. Annual performance raises aren't in line with the increase of cost of living. Middle management is strong but leadership team is weak; leadership needs to take more time to listen to their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to better understand how to benchmark comparable salaries in the bay area.
