    Nice people. Great gym and cafe in office. Helpful IT and back office. Flat open structure.

    Cons

    New trading groups disappear quickly. (might be a pro?)

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ronin Capital in October 2012.

    I was put through several rounds of interviews. This included taking the wonderlic test, meeting HR, and all members of the particular team I'd work with. The have a grew new office and I found the interview process to be pretty straight forward
