    My colleagues are smart, driven, passionate, and fun! The work is meaningful and I am pushed professionally, but with appropriate support.

    Cons

    The org is in an in-between phase of growth, so is still building up its infrastructure (IT, policies and procedures, etc...).

    This was a 2 month process. I submitted my application, was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter. We had an initial phone interview. Then scheduled an interview with 2 staff members (one on the specific team, one on another). Then scheduled an interview with 3 others + HR staff.
