    I have been working at Rooms To Go full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    I will proudly announce that I work at the Rooms to Go in Vero Beach, FL and it is a wonderful place to be, if you're in sales. The management is in incredible, if you have a problem with your sales, they help you.
    Anyone who's been in sales knows that, mostly, everywhere you sell, management treats you like garbage. At Rooms to Go, they treat you like you are the one that pays for the management's salary.
    Most places give you false hopes on how much money you will make when you start with them. I can proudly say that I am, on course, to exceeding what was said to me. I am an RTG lifer! This isn't a job, it's a career.

    Cons

    When you take an order from a customer and get their contact info, the customer gets an email stating "go online for your next purchase." I need to build my be-backs. This makes it difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't change a thing. You all are doing a superb job and I couldn't ask for better management. You are the perfect management for the current sales people.

    The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Rooms To Go.

    Interview Details

    There were three interviews one with the floor manager then with the store manager and lastly with the regional manager. The interview was pretty easy they pretty much hire based on personality.
