This is a great location. The pay for the area is decent. A lot of the people are very friendly.
Horrible management.lack of growth. Safety programs run by idiots. To much Covering there butts and not running a good company. You literally feel like the want to control every Aspect of your life. Not employee friendly or equal opportunity for all.
Advice to Management
Move management people around . Buddy systems corrupt employment. Be more sensitive to employees needs. Lead with growth and development make it a team not a little prison camp.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks – interviewed at Roseburg Forest Products (Dillard, OR) in April 2008.
From application to hearing the results of resume review is a fixed 30 day wait. Since the goal of the position is to support college bound individuals, the interview centers on education goals with an expected look at work ethic and background. Proving you can be punctual and pass drug tests is a big benchmark in the interview. Rehiring summer to summer may not even require a re-interview if performance is excellent.
