I worked at Rosetta InpharmaticsPros
Rosetta maintains a start-up feel, even though they're backed with big pharma capital. It possesses cutting edge technology, processes, and excellent people to work with.Cons
Rosetta is excellent and in the forefront in biotechnology. In the IT world, it is much more conservative in some areas and advanced in others. So, sometimes working with different groups you'll be in the stone ages on computing and in others you'll be in the lead, due to it not being a total IT shop.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Rosetta management needs to be more aggressive in their adoption of newer technologies to stay in the lead in biotech.Recommends
