    Kind managers, honest communication, ability to pave your own path, good benefits, freedom to own your division/area, flexibility when dealing with personal/family issues.


    It's a company that's been around since 1896. There's a lot of great practices here and also a lot of outdated processes that you have to work against.

    Advice to Management

    Listen more to your employees. There's no need to go to vendors when you have a stellar crew working for you. Trust them.
