    2 days road test if you pass your hired but sense glassdoor is making me describe in 50 words minimum now I have to ramble on and on just so it will submit review as I said if u got 2 hands and 2 feet and can shift and stay in drivers seat they'll put you in a truck no matter how good a driver you are check there csa score as a company that explains a lot.
