I worked at Russ Reid full-time (More than 3 years)
Russ Reid was a great place to grow and learn - so many opportunities for those who want to work hard, pay dues, learn in the trenches. Reward is there for those who contribute to success.
Honestly, there were none I could recall. Management takes a lot of heat here on Glassdoor, but that's from folks who take things out of context and have zero management experience.
Advice to Management
Do more to cultivate mid-level talent so those just starting out can see the value of investing with the agency for the long term.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- Accepted OfferEasy Interview
1 phone interview 1 in-person interview dress: business casual...nice button up shirt, slacks, and tie should do it phone interview was very generic. be prepared to answer why you are interested in the company, what you know about direct marketing, why you are interested in this position, and be comfortable discussing your previous work experiences. in person interview was with my direct supervisor. everyone is extremely personable and it's hard to find someone who isn't knowledgeable about their role in the company.
- nothing out of the ordinary. why do you want this job/why do you want to work here. tell me about your previous experience. moved on to some character-type questions about your values and how you deal with different situations Answer Question
