Management truly believes that family comes first and they have a great attitude towards work/life balance. Very customer focused culture but starts with making the employees happy. Happy Employees = Happy Customers
Business is somewhat seasonal so a lot of extra hours and temporary staff during April-July is required. The Company is looking to others markets to increase sales through the rest of the year.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing while looking to the future to increase and diversify revenue sources and market share.
