A great atmosphere, decent pay, poor benefits.

I have been working at SAC Wireless full-time (less than an year)

Co-workers. I enjoy everyone I work with and almost everyone works hard to do a good job. It's easy and comfortable to walk around the office and seek help from your co-workers. This is something I've never experienced before and is truly unique to SAC. SAC is very good at changing its strategy on the whim and adjusting to the industry. It's great to see a company switch an approach when they see something isn't working; this is also rare.

The benefits are poor. They don't match your 401K and the health plan is mediocre. The vacation days are pretty limited.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Match your employee's 401K. Some promotions seem less based on quality and more based on time at SAC. I think this is changing, but its something I noticed at the start.

    Negotiation Details
I was even though I came in with no experience in the telecommunication industry, I knew my hard work and dedication would pay off. Good reviews from previous employers helps and when negotiating factor in the cost of travel and the cost of benefits.
