    Pros

Great training opportunities. You just do not get this kind of training no more. On site-hands on, classroom setting for a week. Then simulated calls. All balanced out.

    Cons

Not have any. It was far for me, and very strict on attendance, especially during the probation period.

    Advice to Management

Ease the rules a little, some people live very far, and the weather does not hep the travel.
