    I have been working at SBE Entertainment Group full-time (more than 5 years)


    It is a dynamic culture, with very intelligent, savvy, and trendy people! You have the opportunity to make a difference within a company because it is still growing and privately held.


    Communication can be a problem as the entire company doesn't always know what direction we are going in and so you can at times work in circles trying to get direction and clarity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improved communication with an employee intranet could be beneficial. Having social hours once a month to have departments interact that might not do so regularly to allow the continued synergy that SBE has had in the past.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at SBE Entertainment Group.

    Interview Details

    Don't waste your time applying with this company. They are incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I applied online and after a month received a request to interview. Went through a couple rounds of interviews pretty quickly and then heard nothing! I waited a couple weeks after my last interview and emailed to follow up having been told to expect another round of interviews. Received no response. Waited another week or so and called the hiring manager directly and again, no response. I'm not sure when silence became an appropriate form of notification but when candidates take the time to research your company, meet with you in person - shuffling their own schedules to meet last minute requests for interviews, the least a hiring manager can do is take 30 seconds to return a timely follow up email or phone call to say "we've decided to continue our search" or "we are still interviewing candidates and will let you know." Disappointed, thought this organization was more organized than this.
