    Pros

    Friendly work environment, team bonding, laid-back atmosphere. Trusted to handle all IT related issues along with the director of IT. Went out on presentations with the Principals to make sure that everything went smoothly. Felt comfortable going to any of the Principals/ upper management with any work related matters.
