    Easy job.

    Nice People

Pay is good if you only have a HS diploma

    Greta work/life balance

Not much possibility to advance if you don't have degrees in social work.

Advancement requires a Masters degree plus licensing.

Your quality or intellect is irrelevant, degrees and are required to take license exams.

After getting expensive degrees, your pay is bad.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more training to employees.

I applied online – interviewed at SCO Family of Services.

I felt the interview process went well. Everyone was kind and welcoming.I was glad to know that they were interested in knowing what my personal interests and life goals were. I have been on many interviews in my life and I felt that acknowledging potential employee's goals is important. As a counselor, we are there to set an example for these young girls. Help them find their place in the world and if we lack personal goals how could we help then achieve?

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked what my personal goals are for my life and why. I was also asked what personal hobbies I have.   Answer Question

There wasn't any negotiation phase. I accepted the position because I want to contribute in helping these young girls.
