I have been working at SCO Family of Services

    Pros

Although this job is a case management position, it is less stressful than working for preventive services or foster care because the Bridges to Health program only allows each Health Care Integrator to have 6 individual clients.

    Cons

The work environment was very "catty".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try harder to enforce a professional work place culture.

    Interview Details

I felt the interview process went well. Everyone was kind and welcoming.I was glad to know that they were interested in knowing what my personal interests and life goals were. I have been on many interviews in my life and I felt that acknowledging potential employee's goals is important. As a counselor, we are there to set an example for these young girls. Help them find their place in the world and if we lack personal goals how could we help then achieve?
