Unfortunately the Denver office is a franchise office owned by three individuals since October of 2013 who are in way over their heads. Nice enough people but no sense of what ownership implies. Operationally, staff has been dropping like flies. The staff that remains are competent professionals that are stretched way to thin on the domestic side and are unable to service their customers adequately.
If you being courted by the DEN office,

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks - interviewed at SEKO Worldwide in August 2013.Interview Details
Was contacted by the HR Director to complete a survey. The survey was only two questions that consisted of things like "words you would describe yourself" etc. There were no right or wrong answers. After that, I was contacted again to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of my previous work experience as well a little more information about the position I was applying for. After the phone interview, an in-person interview was scheduled about a month later.Interview Questions
