    I have been working at SHPS


    Good pay. Shps management team helps you succeed. Benefits are pretty good. Time off policy is the best I've ever experienced. Excellent opportunity for overtime during busy periods.


    Hiring process is slow. The company relies on temporary workers for a large quantity of entry level positions. I was a temp for over a year before being offered a full time position.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at SHPS in January 2011.

    Interview Details

    Submit resume online. The first interview is with HR, and if deemed appropriate, there will be another interview with 3-4 department managers in a group setting. From there, you will be tested by a trainer who looks for computer skills, grammar/spelling, and typing ability.
