    I have been working at SIFCO full-time (more than 5 years)


    Workers and industrial atmosphere. They have a very special product and could be a successful company


    Very old equipments and no money to repair it. The owner does`t invest in the company. Sifco must to help partner companies in very bad financial situation.

    It is a familiar company and some decisions are emotional. It is hard to management the CEO and CFO
