I have been working at SNC-Lavalin

    Pros

The upside to working for SNC-Lavalin is the opportunity to work on huge projects that involve many disciplines. Having a role on such projects can be very rewarding.

    Cons

Even after a few years in the firm it is difficult to obtain the right training and coaching to continue and grow in more important roles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have better training programs for developing project management skills within the junior team. Not just hire from outside sources.
