I am privileged to be selected to join this company. It's a very open and transparent environment that encourages teamwork so together we can take the business to all new levels. Going through the interview process, I was able to have in depth conversations with the executive team including Jevin Sackett. Jevin is an amazing leader who clearly brings everyone together through a common vision of where we plan to be in the next few years. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SNH (Las Vegas, NV).
The interview was actually quite nice...i was not looking for a job and I really could care less...so I just went with the flow. I was asked how I would handle firing people, how I would handle certain situations, what i would do to find a team. The managers do wear expensive suits, so don't look like a hot mess. Take a shower, no wrinkled clothes, you will immediately be gone. Do not smoke prior to going in for interview, another out the door move. Do not wear tennis shoes and use proper manners. Smile and be early. You will need to do a drug test and back ground check.
- All the same questions..nothing over the top, How would I hit my goals, How would I manage a team, How do I work as a leader. No specific questions, somewhat vague, centered at how I would handle hiring/firing more than anything. 1 Answer
