This is a company that understands what the term "pay for performance' means. There is no other PEO of this size, especially the nationals (Insperity/Administaff, Paychex, ADP, Trinet) that pay commissions and residuals as high as these.
They are on a growth curve and rapidly opening offices with people who have solid experience in the payroll and PEO industries. This place has people with a passion for the business, clients, and the company.Cons
Senior management is stretched. It is a flat organization, meaning that decisions get made and implemented easily, but only if you can get to senior management. Middle management is beginning to pay a price for the inaattention paid by senior executives.
They need to begin using a more cohesive and formal evaluation format in the hiring and onboarding of new people. They rely on gut too much.Advice to ManagementAdvice
