I loved the people I worked for. When I had questions the CDM's were there to answer them for me. Their wide range of clientele and jobs make this a company to work for. They compartmentalize well for each division to focus on what they need to do at the best level for the client.
Hiring Contract employees without knowing the jobs was hard and having to say the managers would have to say as to the amount of work, since they were part time they needed to fit the jobs into their timeline, made finding the right person for the long time term.

I applied through other source. The process took a day – interviewed at SPAR Group (Society Hill, SC) in January 2015.
He called me and had left me a voicemail explaining he pulled my resume off the web which really excited me.. I proceeded to return the call and he asked me a few background questions and explained the company, who they are, what they do, who they are partnered with, and then asked me when I could start! I was thrilled!
My own schedule is made up to me to make for myself so all I have to do is keep a working cellphone and use my cellphone to do my job.
