    Application Details

    I applied in-person. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at SPi CRM in June 2012.

    Interview Details

    Initially the applicant is scheduled for an interview by the Talents Acquisition Department, after which the applicant will be taking a skill exam via listening to a phone recording. If average score is met, the applicant will be advice to come back for the scheduled final interview with the Account Manager and Supervisors. The applicant is asked basically what is their work experience, educational background and what would be their contribution to the company if hired. Once you are approved during final interview, the applicant will be advised to report to the hr department to get the list of requirements like a copy of birth certificate, school transcript, nbi, social security, pag-ibig, philhealth number, tin number and recednt colored id pictures. The HR department will remind the applicant that they are said to come back and report for 1 day work orientation. The hired employee is to sign a work contract, attend a 1 month training with pay. After a month of training, the hired employee is set to work a crm taking calls to clients and provide service
