    Pros

    1. Gives a good platform for newcomers to learn. 2. Friendly and co-operative staff members. 3. Most of the employee are youth and energetic.

    Cons

    1. Few inefficient managers lead the majority of teams. 2. Almost no chances of moving up the corporate ladder due to blockage of Managerial positions by founding members and employees.

    Advice to Management

    Create a hierarchy and value and reward talents.
