I have been working at SRC Computers full-time (more than 10 years)

Flexibility, Talented engineers, good location. With a reasonable amount of management and growth this company could be one of the best.

Very little management, very little opportunity for growth, future is always in question. Aging office building with continuous facility problems. No formal vision or goals. Low morale and excitement levels. High level of burnout. Upper level management makes no effort in areas of self improvement and this reflects throughout the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work more on company growth and management. Establish a company vision and goals.
