    Will teach you how to build buildings, will give you as much responsibility as you can handle, including site visits, consultant coordination, client meetings.

    Cons

    SSP is not a design oriented firm. There were no other cons working for this company.

    The interviewing process took 2 weeks. First I was interviewed by an outside recruiter, then my the manager of the department. For the first year I was paid by the outside recruiter and worked as a temp. I was later hired directly

    Negotiation

    Little negotiation. Promise of pay increase after 3 months however policy was changed after the first month and I did not receive the increase.
