    Pros

    STAT really values its employees and interns and wants to give each of them the opportunity to work on the areas they feel they work best in. There is a lot of room for growth within the company, and many opportunities to discuss different positions with the founder. Everyone wants to help and answer questions and help you succeed, because your success is vital to the company's success.

    Cons

    Some of the work for interns can get old. The phone calls to insurance companies are the most boring, but it also allows the opportunity for multitasking while on hold, whether on another work project or even just looking at online articles.

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at STAT Revenue in December 2014.

    Interview Details

    Met at career fair on campus. Was contacted for an on-campus interview later in the week. The interview was behavioral and asked both generic questions and a few trickier ones (What is the one thing would you change about your school? How would you go about doing so?) Got called back for second interview a few weeks later to be onsite. Onsite interview started with two case studies followed by three back to back to back behavioral interviews with CEO, VP, Senior Marketing Director. Got the job a week later.
