    Pros

I was able to gain a lot of good experience at STG. The coworkers on teams I was on were great too, including the team leads. Great working environment.

    Cons

Higher management is inconsistent. Sometimes they treated employees very well, and other times you had to get HR/Upper management involved to get things required for employees.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at STG.

    Interview

Phone interviews only. The follow-up was spotty and phone calls were set up and missed by the hiring manager. I only went there because of an employee referral, but the department that hired was not the same. Had more than one interview with a group. It was never clear who the person who was to manage the position was.
